Ip cameras surveillance software are modern day replacement
of the Closed Circuit Television camera or commonly known as CCTV. IP camera surveillance
software is a blend of a camera, image sensor, image space, and contains one or
two processors to keep it in a working mode.
The ip camera uses image sensors and the processors for
processing the image, for networking, for video analysis and compressing it. The
term ip cameras are added to normal cameras when such cameras are used for
surveillance purposes.

surveillance software works similar to computer and also has an IP address
of its own to enable it to connect anywhere a network connection is available. The
ip camera has a capability to send the recorded videos to send to a remote
location through working network. It does not require any supporting software
or connection to a computer like webcam. IP camera is used to send videos over IP
address usually for the purpose of live viewing and recording. IP cam surveillance software has a
capability to be readily available over the web from anywhere in the world. All
that is to be done is get connected to the ip address through a cam and
performing some of the actions that the cam requires for its working.
